Coming Soon to "Your?" Neighborhood...?

Recently while driving through western North Carolina, we drove around in some little towns, just looking at houses.  As we drove through this neighborhood of well kept cozy homes, we came upon this...

Notice the home right next door (in fairly close proximity) to the only business in the neighborhood?

Yep, that's the "Big Mountain BBQ"!

You go in the driveway, around to the "back yard" (which is now a parking lot), & in the back door to get your BBQ...

My dear hubby said that this blog should be titled, "Started In Mama's Kitchen".  Now he may not comment on my blog, but he reads it, and he takes interest in content... 

Case in point: we had left this small town & were about 3 miles down the road, laughing about the situation in this neighborhood when he said, "that would be good blog material."  And then he turned around (without me even asking him to) & went back for me to get pictures!  Since it was a regular two lane street, he slowed down while I snapped one, then went down & turned around for me to get out & take the others.  So this blog, my friends, was a two-person effort!
